We Made It!

The flight left and arrived right on time. The bus managed to avoid Madrid’s morning rush hour and brought us to Calle Velasquez 45, Hotel Don Diego in less than 20 minutes. After dropping the bags in the lobby, we took a quick walk around the neighborhood to orient everyone and grabbed breakfast. Here are some pics -the first looking out at the Plaza de Cibeles, then some jamon and finally the Puerta de Alcala.
